Gloopies – Shipping Policy

We do our best to make sure your Gloopie reaches you quickly, safely, and in perfect cuddle-ready condition. This policy outlines our shipping methods, costs, and timelines.

1. Shipping Methods

We primarily ship using:
Pudo – Secure locker-to-door and locker-to-locker delivery
Pargo – Collection from your chosen pickup point
The Courier Guy – Door-to-door courier service

We may use other reputable courier services when necessary.

2. Shipping Areas
• We deliver to most locations within South Africa.
• If you are in an outlying or remote area, delivery times may be longer.
• We currently do not ship internationally.

3. Shipping Costs
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location, delivery method, and parcel size.
• From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions—these will be clearly advertised.

4. Dispatch Times
• Orders are usually dispatched within 2–4 business days after payment is received.
• Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time.
• Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

5. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery after dispatch:
Pudo: 2–5 business days
Pargo: 3–7 business days
The Courier Guy: 2–5 business days

These are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, load shedding, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS from the courier service.

7. Failed Delivery Attempts
• If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, unavailability to receive the parcel, or non-collection from a pickup point, the package may be returned to us.
• In such cases, you may be responsible for re-delivery costs.

8. Damaged or Lost Parcels
• If your parcel arrives damaged, please email info@gloopies.co.za within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the damage.
• If your parcel is lost in transit, we will work with the courier to investigate and either replace the order or issue a refund.

9. Public Holidays & Seasonal Delays

During busy periods like Christmas, Valentine’s Day, or promotional sales, delivery times may be longer than usual. We recommend ordering early to avoid disappointment.
